Kenny Marcum is a marketing strategist and business operator with deep experience driving growth for service-based and design-driven companies. He works at the intersection of brand positioning, media strategy, and execution, bringing a results-first mindset shaped by real budgets, real pressure, and real accountability. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Georgetown College and prior to joining 301 Inter@active Marketing worked as the Director of Operations for a mid-sized movie theater company. It was while working at the theater company that Kenny discovered the industry of internet marketing and website design.
He has led and advised marketing efforts across construction, restoration, architecture, landscape design, and manufacturing, with hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, OTT and broadcast advertising, and brand strategy. Kenny is known for cutting through noise, challenging underperforming tactics, and reallocating spend toward channels that actually generate leads and revenue. If a strategy cannot be measured, improved, or defended, he does not use it.
Outside of work, Kenny is a father who is deeply involved in his son’s development and education, an experience that has sharpened his patience, perspective, and ability to think long-term. He also organizes and runs a competitive men’s tennis league, applying the same systems thinking, structure, and performance tracking he uses in business to ensure fairness, balance, and sustained engagement. In addition to being an active tennis player he also enjoys training and competing in HYROX: The Fitness Competition for Every Body.
Kenny values direct communication, disciplined strategy, and execution over theory. He believes clarity beats cleverness, and outcomes matter more than intent.
